- People from Africa, the Middle East, Africa, Mexico, and Many other places are leaving their countries to find a safer place. Anyone can migrate because of economical reasons as well.
- A lot of people are leaving Africa and other dangerous places because of wars.
- Many of these events are happening right now, but some of them have already happened. Migration is always happening.
- Right now, citizens are leaving Africa, the Middle East, and Asia to Europe and other safer places with more opportunities.
- Destabilization of countries and continents like wars push its people out and to other countries that are safer.
- Many people leave there country or city because of money, jobs, and relationships.
- Climate change has made many refugees, who are fleeing their countries because of natural disasters such as flooding.
- Others move to different countries seeking religious freedom and because of religious extremism in their former country.
- There are many reasons that people leave a country to go to a new one. In an investigation of migrants leaving Africa, the Middle East and Asia to find a safer place, "Hundreds of thousands of people have lost their lives in both Afghanistan and Pakistan with many more leaving the country as a result of the ongoing fighting between forces in support and in opposition to the Washington-imposed regime in Kabul" (Azikiwe). This elaborates on the fact that people leave their own countries because of destabilization and extreme violence. According to Earth Reform when talking about the affect climate has on people, "Climate refugees are people who are forced to migrate due to three direct climate change impacts – sea-level rise, extreme weather events, and drought/water scarcity." Climate change and global warming are causing natural disasters, environments that cant be lived in and many refugees losing their homes and seeking shelter. In an article explaining Europe's migrant crisis, "These are countries torn apart by war, dictatorial oppression, and religious extremism – and, in Syria’s case, all three. Their citizens almost always have the legal right to refuge in Europe" (Kingsley). Many people in Europe think that the people migrating to Europe are from Africa and are escaping poverty and economical problems, when in reality they are from many different places and have the right to seek refuge because of violence and extremists. Also according to The Guardian when talking again about Europe's migration crisis, "To put that in context, a country that is more than 100 times smaller than the EU has already taken in more than 50 times as many refugees as the EU will even consider resettling in the future. Lebanon has a refugee crisis. Europe – and, in particular, Britain – does not." Refugees Are more in Lebanon than London. In an argument determining the difference between refugees and migrants, "They are all 'economic migrants' or children of the same – people who crossed many borders repeatedly for a better life, when the place where they started off was safe enough" (What's the Difference). The author is trying to simplify the fact that migrants aren't always refugees and that many people are refugees for many different reasons besides war. This evidence explains the many reasons that people choose or need to migrate to different countries.
